Found this hotel to be in excellent location and a very good price. Nice feature was the wooden floor in the room. Complimentary breakfast was varied and much better than normal continental breakfast. Staff very pleasant. They have a Persian Restaurant attached to the hotel who serve authentic Persian food the place is very fancy and service is awesome. We will return.

I attended a wedding next door, at the banquet hall attached to the hotel. It was so fantastic. Worth the price. Staff are so kind. Amazingly perfect for my stay and the area was so so so so very safe and quiet.

This is a horrible hotel to stay at. The rooms were dirty and dangerous. Electrical wires were everywhere, nothing worked, the plumbing and faucets were broken. Just terrible! The entire hotel was extremely dirty and tons of men standing around outside in groups making the area feel very unsafe!! 0 out of 10!

Nope nope nope Never again do. Not recommended The only redeeming quality was the lovely lady from the front desk in the afternoon They made invoicing mistakes The hotel had no control over (yet another) inconsiderate guests who were playing the local hockey tourney - unsupervised kids running in the halls at 10pm is not good for business They comp’d a free night - but will wait to check my statement about that (rates ranged from 111/night to 179/night) 179 a night this is not

The hotel property is located at busy Yonge Street yet it is surprisingly quiet with relatively larger room than other newer hotel. Good customer service with daily breakfast included in a reasonable daily rate.

The room was adequate. We only stayed one night, and did not eat at the restaurant or have breakfast, so limited experience to go by. Needed better/bigger bath towels. Otherwise fine. Bed comfortable.
