Just minutes from the CBD, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and character. Explore the boutique shops, trendy cafés, and iconic pubs along Bridge Road and Swan Street, or indulge in the incredible Asian cuisine on Victoria Street. Sports fans will love being within walking distance of the MCG, AAMI Park, and Rod Laver Arena. With excellent public transport options—including trains, trams, and buses—Richmond is the ideal base for experiencing all that Melbourne has to offer, from major events and nightlife to parks, galleries, and laneway discoveries.  
  
Getting Around:   
Located in the heart of Richmond, this townhouse offers outstanding access to Melbourne’s extensive public transport network. Walk to Bridge Road (about 3-4 minutes) and catch a tram to the city. You’ll be in the CBD in 10-15 minutes. Richmond Station is just a 10-minute walk away, connecting you to multiple train lines, while nearby Hoddle Street provides convenient tram options. Many of Melbourne’s top attractions are within walking distance, and with a dedicated car space included, driving is a breeze when you want to explore beyond the city.
