"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard to push to change channels ,finally gave up. Entrance of the hotel was nice, but the hotel is not up to standard for what I paid a night. Will never stay again. I asked for a receipt for my stay they said I'd have to get it from Expedia , charges on my check card that I have no idea what they are."

"Breakfast was ok. Shower is terrible. Some missed trash under night table. Outside doors not locked. It needs refreshing."

"The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. On the website it shows a hot breakfast, this wasn't even continental. Just horrible. Chairs around the pool are lacking and the ones that were there have the seats falling through. The pool deck is in bad shape, all flaking and beat up. The tub in our room didn't drain properly took forever and the plug for the tub didn't work there was an industrial extension cord running from our side window underneath the bed, not sure why. "

"The pullout sofa bed had a dirty cover on it and there was a lot of food mess discovered when pulling it out. Staff were not helpful at all. Requested extra blankets and pillows as we needed to use the pullout and could only get 1 extra blanket and zero pillows were available... 4 pillows total for a room that can accommodate 6 people. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend."

"Lovely, large room, comfortable, quiet and convenient for what we were doing. The horse park and breeding farms. Nice basic breakfast."
