« Our grandson is being transferred to Jacksonville. We wanted to make an advance trip with him to find a home to buy. This home had easy access for that purpose. Food Lion was close by for any groceries we needed. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all we needed for our cooking needs. It was nice to have a washer and drier for convenience of washing clothes while cooking dinner and reviewing the houses we saw that day. « The house was perfect for our needs. There were a few things we found which needed repair to include the dishwasher but it didn’t hinder our stay. »

« The place was nice and located in a nice area with a designated parking spot right next to the front door. The issues were in regard to the access code which did not work upon arrival. Communication with the host was difficult becasue they were out of the country at the time of check-in. Had the door code and arrival communication with hosdt had been better I would have given everything five stars. « The house was beautiful. But trash was left in the garage and really smelled. Not a nice welcoming. The tub in the bed down stairs did not work. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The lights around the pool did not work. So pool area was pitch balck at night. »

« Seven of us stayed at this amazing 3-story townhouse for my niece's graduation. My in-laws stayed on the 3rd floor King bedroom with my uncle in-law occupying the queen sized bed.
