Great beds, the room doors were not safe both the connecting room and hallway room were not locking. The hallway door allowed a man to just push it open until he realized he was in the wrong room. Friendly people and the room was clean. No ironing board or iron.

Upon checking into our room we found that the toilet was broken and that we had dirty bedsheets (looked as if there was residue from someone eating Cheetos and fruit punch stains on the bed along with crumbs all around the bed). When we called the front desk to report the condition of the room they offered to move us in more a questioning type manner like I was crazy for asking to be moved. We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping didn't clean the room once. The pool was cloudy and the lights were never on inside. My husband was told they use the natural light during the day. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered to help. The breakfast was good. A nice mix of hot and cold items. I'm disappointed because we have stayed at mutliple Holiday Inn Express locations and have always had a good experience. I guess you can't expect it at every location.

The rooms were nice and clean but smelled strong with cleaning solution and had windows open on our arrival so the rooms were freezing at first. I guess they were trying to air out the smell but they continued to smell. I would suggest to use a different cleaner, something not so strong with a nicer scent. Overall the hotel was nice.

When staying at Holiday Inn properties I expect better. What I found the most disappointing was the dirty carpet from the 2nd floor elevator to the hallway where the rooms begin, and the broken TV mount. The property “is under remodel”, but I have to say this property is just not kept up well, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly by the last housekeeper. The area around the hotel is inconvenient. If you want to try and get delivery, it’ll be a challenge, and the only close by place is the Wendy’s next door attached to a gas station. The Wendy’s is also a disappointment, dirty floors and self service area with soda machine/ straws/etc. we stayed because the snow was coming down heavy after hitting the Brandywine resort. Usually I have a good experience when booking with Holiday Inn, but this property needs an overhaul.

Difficult Check-In
Check-In was a bit frustrating. The guy in front of me had been sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned and was asked to wait while the staff figured it out. Another employee was leaving and complained that her replacement was an hour late getting there to relieve her. I had to return to the front desk three times because my room keys did not work. The breakfast was nice though.

We were assigned a dirty used room. They then wanted to downgrade our room. We finally got to the second room but our keys didn't work so back to the front we had to go. The WiFi wouldn't work. We had to call the desk for bedding for the pull out. When we finally got that they didn't even include a pillow.

We thought this was a great hotel for the price. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good and very convenient. The location is great if you are planning to go north (ie Cleveland) or south (ie Canton). Staff friendly and a lot of dining options nearby.

The hotel property outside is clean. The inside lobby area and the rooms are clean. There is an optuin to get extra toiletries like shaving cream, soap ect..which is nice. I would definitely stay again.

Liked about proximity to highway! Place needs some remodeling like adding shower door to the shower area, confining water in the shower rather than making a little pond in the middle of bathroom, making sure the toilet is flushing before having guest!

Hotel nice and clean and looked newly renovated. Night staff was a bit unhelpful when it came to needing extra sheets and blankets for the pull out....but all the other staff were sweet and kind. The area was in the middle of no where and we arrived late and had to drive 20 min to find an open fast food place.(we arrived at 11 pm)
