"We loved our little getaway at Hemlock Hide-A-Way! The property was beautiful, the flowers brought many visits from hummingbirds. Our cabin had everything we needed (plus more!) to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The enclosed porch attached to our cabin was the perfect spot to store our fishing gear, have a meal and play a round of cards. We especially loved the outdoor space where we ate dinner by the fire with a perfect view of the lake. Julie was very attentive and made sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything at all. The provided kayaks completely made our trip. We traveled without a boat, so having the kayaks to use allowed us to save some money so we didn't have to rent one! They were perfect. We caught plenty of fish right in the channel off the property. I have loved this area since I was a kid, and this spot was a great place to anchor for a trip down memory lane - while make plenty of new ones! We were blessed with perfect weather, lots of wildlife, and plenty of hospitality. Grateful. Thanks, Julie!"
