Beautifully positioned in the heart of the seaside village of Rhyll and with spectacular water views. The spacious four bedroom home is within walking distance to the cafe, general store, Tavern and park as well as fabulous boating facilities. The large fully equipped kitchen with a walk in pantry and ample bench space opening . Free Wifi, PET friendly accommodation - $200 Dog Bond applies (refundable) Please note backyard is not enclosed. Double garage, plus room to park the boat. Sleeps 8. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT SUPPLY LINEN. You can BYO linen or Hire it from us. Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was spacious with a lovely ambience, and the bedrooms were very comfortable with beach view. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor balcony.
