As for sleeping arrangements, this home features four bedrooms including a spacious king-size room, two rooms with queens, and a fourth bedroom/den with a twin daybed with trundle and private balcony. Although you may feel like this home is tucked away in the middle of nowhere, a short drive will deliver you to local restaurants and a grocery store, while you will also be within a pleasant 20-mile drive of the larger city of Sandy to the west or skiing at Timberline Lodge to the east. With the spectacular Sandy River close by, and fabulous lakes including Trillium Lake and Timothy Lake (18 and 34 miles, respectively), anyone who enjoys fishing, boating, or swimming will love it here! Additionally, some of the country's best hiking and biking trails are to be found here as well! THINGS TO KNOW Smoking is prohibited at this vacation rental. There is no cell phone reception at this vacation rental, though you may be able to get a signal by the road. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is zero tolerance for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum Occupancy of 8 people may result in eviction from the premises. There is zero tolerance for exceeding the maximum of four (4) parking spaces. Any violation may result in eviction from the premises. Glitter/confetti cannot be used at this vacation rental. The house has everything you will need the kitchen wise and for keeping a family entertained. The cleaning was spotless. However we had a pipe burst in the garage, the outside gas fire pit didn't work, the air conditioner broke and several shades were broken. Called to address the problem they came late 6:00 pm the next day got it fixed. Young man was very nice. All the blankets and pillows smelled. House needs a deep cleaning. Very good spot for a family looking to get out in the country. I’d go to this spot again in a heart beat. I do suggest making sure you understand the check-in process. We ended up having to call the service phone number because the digital lock wasn’t working and the directions were not entirely clear. Customer service was great though. ##### Jonathan B. Three friends and I spent four nights here and had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy common meals and time on the deck. Lovely, peaceful setting. The only thing to note is that there are electric lines right near the house that buzz noisily and that was less than ideal. Loved the outdoor space and patio. We walked to the creek everyday at the edge of the property and gathered around the fire at night. Had some trouble with the hot tub breaker shutting off. It was hard reaching property management to get it attended to but once we did talk to management they had someone out to fix it quickly. That was a plus. The house was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was well-appointed (and labeled!), and the unobtrusive signage was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and stayed cozy by the fireplace. The kids loved the game room and tromping around in the snow meadow outside. I especially appreciated the easy check-out process. There weren't a million things that we needed to do with the house to check-out, which is awesome when you're trying to leave on time so early in the morning. Thanks for opening your home to us! The pillows were unfortunately not clean. There was lipstick and hair on them still. We could not find clean pillow cases in the house so we just put them to the side.
