Not this one. We walked into a essentially brand new house..new furnishings...new appliances...new dishes/cups/knives. etc. It has great view of the river...just a few steps away (new dock). It feels relatively remote but it is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants (though there is a very nice restaurant a few hundred feet away. The area under the house is great place to relax on a warm summer day. Watching the Osprey dive for fish and the Great Blue Herons perch on the trees across the river was another thing I looked forward to each morning. I simply can't say enough nice things about this house.
