"Relaxing stay at beach front hotel"
My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a week in mid July, I could not recommend this hotel enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above our expectations to make our stay comfortable. We had a 3rd floor sea view room, initially we were on the 2nd floor which was over looking the roof but the second day we were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was certainly worth the price for a sea view - the beach is absolutely beautiful!! The rooms were fresh and modern and also cleaned daily which was a pleasant surprise. The entertainment round the pool was good and had something for everyone, I found the small shop by the pool very handy for supplies as the closest shops were a bit of a walk away. We did however hire a car for 3 days through the desk at the hotel which was very handy and a lot cheaper than I had found online - was a great way to explore Rhodes! All restaurants were approximately a 15-20 minute walk away but was good to walk it off after a substantial meal. The buffets at the hotel I found to be a bit of a let down, I didn't think some of the food options were a good as they could have been. But all in all we had a lovely stay, the hotels private beach was a sure highlight along with the live musical entertainment by the bar. If I went back to Rhodes again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

"Enjoyable week at the Lindos Royal"
We have just returned from the Lindos Royal. We really enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that let the hotel down, which was such a shame. Our rooms were very spacious, we had a garden room which needed a little updating, our son had a room in the hotel which was better. The staff in the bars and restaurant worked very hard, the food was good and there was plenty of choice, although It was sometimes not quite hot enough. There were always plenty of sunbeds and the pools were lovely. The pool toilets were not good though and we never used them. The sea view was stunning. The entertainment was in French but this did not bother us as we like to sit and chat. The pool bar was quite smelly so we sat around the beach bar which was so beautiful overlooking the sea. The hotel are opening another outside bar on the 6th floor. This has amazing views, we just wished it had been ready in time for our visit. Hopefully the bar next to reception will become part of the all inclusive package because at the moment you have to pay, again we didn't mind because we liked the seating area. We also used the bar at Lindos Village hotel which was just next door. This had amazing views.

"Good for families and groups."
On arrival the hotel was quiet and had a wow factor. The rooms was spacious but one thing I hate the most is when you ask for a double room with a double bed its pretty straight forward, you don't expect twin beds pushed together with just a double sheet! The bathroom was spacious but the shower screen was not sealed so there was a permenant pool of water by the bath. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed everyday and beach towels changed every two days. Wide variety of food at dinner but chaotic with children and loud individuals. The hotel was fine, the staff lovely the main down side was the other guest who were loud, that lounged around the reception area as if they were in their living room and at times rude. This hotel is good for those with children or on a group holiday, definitely not for those who want peace and quiet.

"easy walk down to pedestrianised bars and shops"
Had a great relaxing 12 days and finished the week by driving down to Prassonissi with its excellent beaches and a surprisingly warm sea. We had previously driven to Kamieros where the beach is Stoney but we had a fantastic. Seafood meze for lunch.

"Lovely hotel on the beach. "
We had a lovely stay at Elysium Hotel and Spa in Rhodes. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was one of the largest we have seen at a hotel, and nice to swim lengths or just float in. Also the sea was a very short walk from the pool side, through the garden, onto a pebble beach. it felt very safe leaving our bags etc at our sun lounger poolside to go swim in the sea (though there were plenty of loungers, toilets, showers on the private beach). we tried the different restaurants available in the evenings, and was not disappointed. Nobel on the rooftop, was a particularly lovely dinner, a special treat, with attentive friendly waiters. All the staff at the hotel were always very friendly and happy to help with anything. we also hired a car through the hotel, just for a day, which was very easy to do, and a reasonable price. I honestly can't think of any negative points of our stay. We will definitely come back again. it was a pretty perfect break.
