The staff could not do enough for us even though we went on the very early part of the season the place was full. The food was good even great however it was a little cold for the English. The room was spectacular just built

Very friendly staff, the team at the reception are brilliant, animation team are fun, the ladies who clean the rooms are very polite. The hotel Is very close to old/new town, well connected . Game room needs improvement. Food nice but could be better for Greece, after couple of days , you know what to expect. Great for families. Definitely would come back also would recommend.

Very nice hotel could be better
First the bad bits, the ice cream tastes like it has grit in it most days. Second the beer has very little alcohol I don't drink and found I drank 6 halfs with no effect. Third the food is of a very good standard but mos times it's cold. Forth they need a life guard as an old lady fell over on the shore line and was unable to get up, then she was rolled along the stones beach until someone picked her up with a cut leg. Another young girl got into difficulty in the pool once again a dove into the pool to help her. The best bits the staff make this hotel what it is. The hotel itself is of a very good standard. Buy your self some rubber shoes for £3 to cover your feet from the biggest online seller. The stones on the beach hurt.

lovely hotel
hotel is lovely some of the rooms needed up date as my sons had the old bathroom suite , our room had walk in shower and our room was kept clean every day all staff work very hard to please everybody.I enjoyed every day in the hotel lots food and snacks and drinks lots going on to please every age group it was great to have choice of pool area or sea area lots sunbeds and table, chairs. don't forget to take beach shoes as beach consists of big pebbles down to the sea.

Old hotel close to stony beach
An old hotel with neglected stony beach and beach beds area. Friendly staff but hotel facilities outdated. Restaurant serve same food set for every meal every day not great(poor quality and choice). Entertainment team nice people but not realy entertaining.

Great location, food and Service
We were a group of 40 guests for a wedding and the service was amazing. The food was always fresh and different. The entertainment team were original and friendly. The staff were great. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent hotel right on the beach
We had a great holiday here. Right on beach but not much sand! Food was good and much better than our 5* in Crete last year. Really clean - everywhere. Really helpful friendly staff. Good location to get to Rhodes town and short airport transfer. Minimarket and car hire on site. Local shops and tavernas near by. Great windsurf centre 10 min walk away with excellent instructors. Animation team were fantastic, if you wanted to join in the activities which catered for all age groups.

Great food-Noisy Place to Stay
This was our first time staying at an all inclusive hotel. The food choices were very good. We appreciated the variety and the Greek choices. On the other hand, the drinks were not very good. The soda was some off brand that tasted cheap. The wine was not flavorfull. The bar drinks were weak. At Breakfast there were no fresh juices. The hotel is noisy at night due to poor sound proofing. Doors opening and closing, and voices in the hallways were easily heard in the room. The hotel grounds were clean and pleasant. It would be nice to have non-smoking areas around the pool, bar, restaurant, and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely holiday
Just arrived back and I thought the place was fab. Food food drinks good by the beach and spotlessly clean I cannut fault this hotel for the money . Kids club and staff were fan too. The only slight negative was the hotel rooms for 3 adults a bit small ( not that we were in them long tbh ) would recommend the bungalow for latger that 2 in a party all in all would go back

Très bon hôtel
Très bon hôtel avec accès direct a la plage, chambre rénovée avec vue sur mer. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace et tout est très bien organisé et très propre. Le nourriture est très bonne et variée et le restaurants sont très bien organisés également. Pas d'attente, pas de manque d'assiettes ou parmi les plats proposés. L'animation est discrète mais on préfère. Le seul point qui serait bien d'améliorer sont les gobelets en plastique a usage unique. Il serait mieux d'en proposer des gobelets réutilisables. On recommande cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Hienolla paikalla oleva hotelli. Joka ilta ohjelmaa. Ruokaa ja juomaa tarjolla kokoajan, ruoka erinomaista. Kokonaisuudessaan toimiva kokonaisuus. Bussipysäkki hotellin edessä, jolla pääsee kaupunkiin sekä paljon muualle. Ainut huono asia mitä keksin oli hieman kulahtanut huone, olimme vanhalla puolella.

Wir waren im Altbau, was aber nicht schlimm war. Vorhandener Kühlschrank war nicht am Strom angeschlossenen & hätte nicht mal geöffnet werden können weil nicht zugänglicj. Leider hatten wir Haare im Bett (als wir das Zimmer bezogen) & die Badewanne war da leider auch nicht sauber (die restlichen Tage aber immer!). Der Balkon wurde leider nicht geputzt (viele Haare). Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Das Aktivitäten-Programm war leider noch vom Vorjahr, weshalb wir einmal wie bestellt & nicht abgeholt da standen, da uns an der Rezeption den alte Plan ausgehändigt wurde. Auch die Buspläne waren veraltet, worauf uns ein Reiseveranstalter aufmerksam machte. Es wird täglich geputzt (wirklich ALLES, nicht nur die Zimmer). Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich (in allen Bereichen) & wirklich immer auf guten Kundenservice aus. Auf dem ganzen Anwesen wird penibel auf Sauberkeit & Ordentlichkeit geachtet. Alles ist sehr hell & freundlich gestaltet. Das Essensangebot (es gibt rund um die Uhr Essen) ist riesig & die Getränke sind auch sehr sehr lecker. Es gibt ein Animationsteam, welches wohl für Kinder sehr ansprechend ist. Erwachsene kommen trotzdem nicht zu kurz & es gibt täglich verschiedene Aktivitäten. :-) Der Strand ist direkt hinter der Poolbar & mit reichlich Liegen bestückt. Fazit: wenn Rhodos, dann wieder dieses Hotel. Nicht nur wegen dem Personal & Hotel, sondern auch wegen der Lage.

L' albergo era come me lo aspettavo, pulito confortevole e a due passi dal mare. Fermata dell' autobus di fronte con corse molto frequenti. Unica pecca, da non sottovalutare, nessuno parlava l' italiano, neppure Per un minimo di assistenza neppure a livello scolastico. Tutto è diventato molto più faticoso....

Lokalbussen fra lufthavnen har stoppeted lige uden for hotel-receptionen. Vi fik ikke værelser med havudsigt som vi havde bestilt hvad der ikke var optimalt. Derudover var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Maden er god og varieret med forskellige temaer udover standardmenuen. Det var let at få adgang til mad og drikke også ved poolbaren. Kidsclub, minidisco og arrangementerne var supergode. Sikkert også pga. det dygtige eventteam.

Ligger fantastisk smukt. Dejligt poolområde, som ligger lige ved stranden. Så der er noget for alle. Personalet er virkelige venlige, og har altid et smil på læben.

Siamo stati per 10 giorni in questo hotel, vacanza di coppia. l'hotel di per sè non è per niente male, piscina confortevole con il piano bar alle spalle. dall'esterno della struttura si può accedere comodamente alla spiaggia dell'hotel, carina, ma niente di che. La posizione favorevole e l'agenzia di noleggio mezzi dentro l'albergo permettono di organizzare facilmente dei tour dell'isola (ottime anche le informazioni date dai receptionist con tanto di mappa!). molto caratteristici i gatti in totale libertà per il giardino. insomma, un soggiorno gradevole.

Super familie venligt hotel med et skønt personale
Vi kunne ikke have haft et bedre ophold end det vi havde. personalet er super service mindet og stemningen var god. der sker meget for børnene med miniklub 2x2 timer om dagen. Det eneste minus er buffeten men det er det altid når man når 3 dagen på all inklusiv hoteller. Det er meget det samme. gør jer selv den tjeneste at tage op i den gamle by og spis. der er simpelthen så hyggeligt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen!

Lækkert hotel
Et super ophold i vores 10 dage på Rhodos Lækkert pool område lige ned til standen. Masser af liggestole. Lækkert mad både til morgen middag og aften og der var altid noget nyt så man ikke bli er træt af buffet. Lækker snacks og drinksbar med alt hvad man spise og drikke Venligt og serviceminde personale. Eneste Lille minus meget hårde senge.

Super Hotel zum entspannen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, hotel ist super in schuss und sauber, gute wellnessangebote, leider ziemlich große Steine am Strand aber mit passendem schuhwerk klappt's. Essen ist okay,könnte etwas landestypischer sein,ansonsten hat's geschmeckt. Alles im allem gut erholt!

Dejligt hotel med fantastik beliggenhed.
Lækkert hotel med dejlig beliggenhed lige på stranden. Restauranten laver god varieret mad, men mest græsk, som smagte lækkert. Med glutenallergi er det ikke altid let, men på Avra Beach var resturantchefen fantastik. Havde en hel uge uden problemer og med masser af muligheder i buffeten. Det eneste lille minus var at vi fik et værelse lige mellem receptionen og restauranten, hvilket gjorde at der var meget larm på vores værelse, hvilket ikke var helt ideel med et lille barn på 8 måneder. Men alt i alt var det en dejlig ferie.

Ein Highlight gab es direkt zu Beginn: Bei Ankunft gegen 21:30 Uhr wartete man bereits auf uns wegen des Abendessens und (unerwartet) konnten wir so am ersten Abend noch ein warmes Essen nach der Reise zu uns nehmen. Der tolle Service wurde während der gesamten Woche bestätigt. Ausstattung und Infrastruktur des Hotels sind wirklich gut. Meine 3 jugendlichen Söhne auf einem Zimmer war platztechnisch auch gar kein Problem.

Prisvärt all iklusive hotell.
Vi vistades på hotellet i tio dagar på all inklusive basis. Vi upplever buffén som bra och varierande utan några exklusiva inslag. Hotellet är beläget precis intill havet med en strålande utsikt både från solstolar och restaurangen. Personalen var genomgående trevliga. Animationen var bra men tidvis mycket "skränig" musik.

Mukava hotelli ja kiva oheisohjelma. Palvelu oli hyvää ja erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli muuten hyvä, mutta sänky oli epämukava. Bussilla pääsee hyvin Rodoksen keskustaan.

Comodo albergo vicino al mare
L'albergo è carino ma ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro... Pro: posizione comoda, stanze grandi (almeno la nostra) e a pochi km da Rodi. Contro: poca varietà di cibo, poche pulizie nelle stanze, reception che non sa l'italiano.
