Enjoyed my stay
Friendly staff, good location to beach and old town . plenty of nice restaurants to eat and bars , I stayed on 4th floor, room was quiet , clean with a nice little balcony, bed was comfortable I slept well at this hotel. Breakfast was ok plenty of options .

This was my first (but not my last) trip to Rhodes Island in Greece. My whole experience was excellent. The staff at Angela hotel were amazing and made me feel welcome and at home. I look forward to coming back again. Dina, who worked at the front desk, was especially sweet and helpful. I never felt like I was bothering her and she always had a solution for my problem. I was there during the time there were fires on the island, but this did not affect my stay at all. If I hadn't heard it ahead of time, i would have never known there were fires happening. The room was immaculately clean and the beds were SO comfortable! The pool was very nice as well. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent location - helpful personnel
Value for money hotel. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from central bus station and 8 minutes from the castle entrance. Helpful and polite personnel. I would come again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay.
Great location ..restaurants, shopping, beach, palace, all within walking distance as well as bus stops for tours. Breakfast was served in another restaurant a couple doors down and it was excellent. Will go back.

disappointing
always hesitant to leave a bad review but in this case it's more of a warning to others- I saw all the great reviews for this hotel and was so excited to stay here but the experience was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. firstly the room I was put in for the 1st 3 nights had a tv that was probably 50 yrs old and did not work at all even though the hotels details say satellite tv- and there was no balcony. when I asked about this I was told that I would be moved in a few days to the actual room I booked- once in the new room the tv needed to be hooked up to a cable with bunny ears to work and still only worked half the time- also the walls are paper thin so you hear every noise from the hallway and the other rooms-perhaps it was just my bad luck but every night ( 22 days I stayed ) people were yelling and banging doors at all hours so I barely slept and the icing on the cake was having someone from the next room- drunken young man come bursting through my balcony door at 2 am while I was sleeping and instead of kicking him and his group out all they did was move him to another floor so I got to live in fear of him doing it again for the last three days of my stay :( horrible- that being said the staff at breakfast were amazing and sweet at Oktober Hotel next door and Xristos and Athena were very nice and apologetic- also cleaning staff were great but don't stay here if you like to sleep at all. :( or like to feel safe in your room.

Nice hotel for a few days break
Used the hotel as a stop over whilst travelling. Good location with good basic facilities under the current climate. There was some unfortunate room noise from the next room showing how thin the walls were! The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel and superb location
Excellent hotel in a superb location. We were right in the middle of town within walking distance of the Old Town, beaches, shops and many local restaurants. The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is provided in the next door hotel (sister hotel), which wasn't a problem for us.

When we arrived here we were informed that the hotel would be closing for the season so we would be relocated to another hotel. I was not informed of this at my booking so was slightly annoyed at this and having to unpack then repack 2 nights later. The air conditioning wasn't working in the room and even when i informed reception, nothing was done. Therefore we had to have windows open at night, but then got bitten to pieces from mosquitoes. Also on the morning of our relocation, the hot water was turned off early so was unable to shower first thing. Im sure when hotel is up and running as normal it is a much better stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the location is brilliant, close enough both to the beach and the old town. The room was smaller than looked on the pictures but don’t have any other complaints.

nice location for staying in Rhode city
Nice location in the city centre and a little bit (fortunately) far away from the most crowdy streets. Good space in the room, very clean with the presence of a balcony. the staff was always so friendly and nice. Breakfast not in the hotel but in a closest one. Good continental breakfast Wifi was not working so well

Nice stay in a good area. Our only problem was the shower that flooded the bathroom because there wasn’t a screen or shower curtain. The tv had cable but euronews worked one minute then disappeared. Overall the Angela Suites are very good. Lovely reception and staff. Tea, coffee, biscuits and cake provided complimentary until 12 noon.

Great value for money.
I use this hotel both summer and winter. They always offer a great service. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is centrally situated for shopping, visiting the old town and plenty of restaurants near by. All in all, great value for money.

The room was small, the door's closet did not open, the window to the porch was broken, the refrigirator noisy. There were no hot water in the shower in the morning. The breakfest was very good. The front desk man was very kind and helpful.

On first appearances the hotel looks really nice and modern. We were fortunate to find a parking space right outside however this was purely luck as the hotel is on a one way busy route into Rhodes with traffic 24hrs. Checked in which was quick and had a duplex room on the first floor The room was very modern with a bed you could fit a small family in! It was massive, size of 2 doubles! Modern fittings and lovely bathroom with toiletries. The Room had a small fridge but no coffee/tea facilities which I found really disappointing. There is a small bar in the foyer where there is a coffee machine costing 2 Euro. Breakfast isn’t in the hotel, it’s in their sister hotel down the road between 7 & 10:30 we didn’t make it. The location is good for visiting the new and old town we stayed just the one night

Hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from main bus station and old town. It's surrounded by restaurants. Room size was large. Ferry Port is about 25 min walk away. The best rooms are facing pool with all day sunshine or opposite facing road. Both have large furnished balconies. Worst rooms are on hotel sides. With tiny and not furnished balcony. Would book again. Hotel is clean and staff helpful. They have booked trips for me. Room was clean spotlessly every day. There also complimentary (free) tea coffee soft drinks and cakes in the morning, what I found really sweet. This came to £17 , after pound crush

The hotel was great apart from the first night when I arrived and they had overbooked and I had to stay at another hotel for the first night which was very upsetting as it was late. The following day I had my room from 9.30 am and was upgraded, the room was fine for my requirements and the cleaning was good , the staff at the hotel are lovely and work very hard and are always helpful friendly and polite

Good, clean, inexpensive hotel.
First off the positives: the hotel was very clean and in an excellent position (not close to the beach or old town, but very easy to walk to the whole city). It was inexpensive and a cheap break away in a lovely city. A few things could do with minor improvements. The Internet was fairly rubbish; it worked OK in the foyer, but was sporadic in the hotel rooms on the third floor. The beds were hard (and twin beds only) but bedding was changed daily. Umbrellas in the very sunny pool area would have been useful, but it was gorgeous and cool in the pool. Be aware it is not a free continental breakfast in the hotel, but free tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning which was nice. The staff were amazing. Fridge and air con in rooms (though our friends room was cooler than ours).

Close to old town
The location is very good, as is the price. My complaint is that my non-smoking room often smelled like smoke. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking that someone was in the room smoking next to the bed. It was horrible. The other thing is that the doors are hard to open and close, and every time someone opens a door in the hall, you hear it. The staff was nice. There is a free coffee/pastry bar in the morning. Also, there is a nice pool which we did not get to make use of.

The hotel is fantastic. The tv only had 2 channels if you were lucky but overall would highly recommend this hotel.
