When entering the house, a pleasant large foyer leads you to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, which allows for easy entertaining, while the north facing picture window draws you in like a magnet. There are a total of five double bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor, the main bedroom offers a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom while the second, with a splendid view to wake up to, enjoys the use of the large family bathroom. A separate laundry/utilities room completes the layout of the ground floor. On the first floor a very large attic space offers a spacious living area, with separate TV and reading areas, which opens out onto a north facing terrace, with a similarly exceptional view. There are three more double bedrooms, a large shower room, with a separate toilet and extra hand basin. If you love sea sports then kite surfing is available on Kremasti beach, near the mobile kitchen of Alexandra, where sun beds with beach umbrellas are offered.
