### RHODES VIEWS

Rhodes Views is a stylishly decorated apartment and an ideal choice for couples, families, groups of friends, or business travelers (up to 6 guests) looking to stay in a central location of Rhodes Town, right next to the New Marina.  
The property is just a 2-minute walk from the New Marina, 7 minutes from the Medieval Old Town, and 18 minutes from the heart of the city. The nearest beach, called "Zephyros", is only a 15-minute walk away. The area is surrounded by traditional taverns, cozy bars, supermarkets, and various shops, while the Palace of the Grand Master is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.  
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms feature double beds, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed suitable for two people. The kitchen provides ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an espresso machine, and all necessary cookware.  
All rooms are air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Enjoy stunning views over the island of Rhodes, especially the scenic New Marina.  
  
Το Rhodes Views είναι ένα μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα και αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες, παρέες φίλων ή επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες (έως 6 άτομα), που επιθυμούν να μείνουν σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στη Νέα Μαρίνα της Ρόδου.  
Το κατάλυμα απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη Νέα Μαρίνα, 7 λεπτά από την Παλιά Πόλη και 18 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Ρόδου. Η κοντινότερη παραλία, "Ζέφυρος", βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφέ-μπαρ, super market και καταστήματα, ενώ το Παλάτι του Μεγάλου Μαγίστρου απέχει περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια.  
Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι-τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια έχουν διπλά κρεβάτια, ενώ το τρίτο διαθέτει κουκέτα για δύο άτομα. Η κουζίνα προσφέρει κεραμικές εστίες, φούρνο, πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, μηχανή espresso και όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων.
