Ellie’s Villa in Pefkous is a beautifully designed property ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. The villa features six comfortable bedrooms spread across three floors. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The first floor offers two more double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom—one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub. The second floor includes two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined. This floor also has two separate bathrooms with showers. An extra WC is located on the ground floor. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a shaded pergola, a coal BBQ, and dining furniture. The property consists of two buildings with separate entrances, available as a single rental.
