A fabulous family holiday. The food was incredible, staff were super friendly, rooms were great. The beach was magical. We went early April and the weather was gorgeous - a super relaxing holiday, wish we could have stayed longer.

We went on holiday start of the APRIL i think, resort was just opened hence the facilities were trying to clean the pool, the children entertainment teams were just arriving and also the night entertainment was not started. It was bit of disappointment but the overall food and staff and transportation was really good.

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive. Food options were excellent. Something for everyone. Salads were so fresh and drink choice was great. We dont usually stay at all inclusive hotels, and tend to opt for a villa, but was pleasantly suprised at how lovely the hotel is. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We had a good offer so the price was really nice. The food was very good with many options. The room might be small for 3 persons but you usually would want to go arround the island or the facilities. You should take note that this is made for vacation during good weather. If the weather is bad the closed facilities (eg restaurant) have limited capacity and you might need to wait for a freee table. When it stopped raining and the outside tables were open you did not have to wait .In general it is a very good all-inclusive option.

Depending on what floor you get, can smell some sewer, and depending on the room you get, might get cigarette smoke from the vents. If you want to sign up for any excursions, make sure to have euros/cash ready. They don't accept cards which is very inconvenient. Overall staff was great.

Great stay… big hotel but always clean tables and immaculate buffet at breakfast. Food options all day, cooked to order and staff are proactive in offering drinks (unusual for all inclusive !). Rooms are small but clean, new, with all you need. Make sure you request in advance if you need a specific bed type .. I booked a twin for me and my son but were allocated a double and had to wait until the next day to get a twin. Staff were polite and helpful though and the themed restaurant concept of tasting menus is great! Would highly recommend !

Awesome place - lovely room, modern clean and comfortable. Great food and good variety. Staff were amazing and very, very customer focused. Pools were clean and well managed, entertainment fun and engaging while not too intrusive. Bands were great! Felt very safe and jogged all over the local area... Could not be better - especially for the price!!! We will definitely come back, as it was early April we might give it a go again in October to see if the sea is warmer!!! Hugely recommend wandering around the old town and the world famous harbour! Looks like a film set at night if you're into your selfies, and cat lovers like us will be in heaven! Very, very highly recommended.

Not a 5 star unfortunately, they have refurbished but did a terrible job. I stayed in a 4 star close to Rhodes that was much better so avoid this one. Very busy even at the start of April. Staff were friendly and polite and worked very hard and food was good and varied that’s why I rated 3stars otherwise would have to be lower. Don’t count on the heated pool, it’s cold even though it’s advertised as heated.

Having travelled to Ixia for around 19 years and stayed in various hitels invthe area. In my opinion this Hotels Management significantly lacked planning and preparation for opening Hotel for the number of guests arriving which led to failure in providing even services and facilities. Accommodation terrible, it went from living in a fridge to a sauna over the course of 3 weeks. When complaining told it was an old building that didnt have the capacity to cope with heating needs in public areas ie bar and Air Conditioning wouldnt come on until 1 May which all of above was apparently justified by a disclaimer on their website. I will say food was excellent and staff (not direct reception) were nice. Maintenance guys dealing with the fact we were locked out of our room 5 times were brilliant. Read other reviews which will support this.

Good hotel, not 5 stars.

The hotel was great but there were few problems that made it less than 5 starts for me. First, the A/C was too weak no matter how strong we set it, all the way down with the temperature, it was still very hot in our room. The hallways and other halls are not receiving too much A/C and it was too hot generally speaking. Second, the elevators are far from what you expect to find in a 5 stars hotel. Old, small and super SLOW. Difficult to handle EVERY DAY. It really damaged our experience as we had to wait so much for the elevators for the most simple things we needed. Last, the cleaning of the pools could have been much much better, specifically the kids pool. It had algae like rubbish in the water that actually left stains on our clothings! It is worth mentioning that the team was super friendly and welcoming, yet the problems above are way above their head to solve.

This hotel has recently been updated and feels new and modern. It is not a 5 star hotel and I believe can only claim this due to the spa and helipad. However it is a nice hotel and very little would improve it. For example - fighting for sunbeds - observing daily arguments poolside doesn’t make for a 5 star. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Used water/wine glasses turned upside down unwashed, limited toiletries never replaced (used day one of 2 weeks and not replaced).. beds made with sheet 6 inches from bottom of bed (had to fix every night and I’m only 5ft 7). Asked housekeeping for replacement shower gel and got told we had to ask at reception - definitely not 5 star service. On a whole I did like the hotel though and the facilities for our teens/tweens was great. Food was fair for all inclusive (few too many queues) although note the special restaurants were set menus which were quite unique and we could only visit once in 14 days. We only did the Italian and Asian - both were enjoyed by the adults but not the kids. The SPA staff daily walked the pool trying to sell services which made it feel a bit downmarket. The beach was nice but all beaches this side of the island are rocky so we didn’t sit there most days. The location was a bit quiet for our kids - we were a party of 10 so had to get 3 taxis to Rhodes town - meant we didn’t do it daily but it’s definitely where all the fun is at in the evening. Overall it is a nice 4star hotel

The property offers 24 food service to its clientele pools were crowded beaches unswimmable a because the beaches full of rocks we had no idea we needed shoes smaller establishments are more service oriented in my experience

Outdated hotel that needs a proper renovation. Room during first night had sewage smell switched to another room that was fine.

The room was good, buffet had a very large selection for each meal and food quality was really good. Staff were pleasant and the pool area was nice. Only negatives were that the gym equipment was dated and most of it broken so couldn't use it. room cleaning was minimal,no bed change for a 5 night stay which was a bit disappointing. Good stay overall

Nice 4-star all-inclusive resort. I would improve the bathroom drainage and cleaning level, and I would love more entertainment for kids over 6 yo. Also, the pools are not shaded.

Reception staff didn’t seem very helpful. Hotel was so busy. Room facilities looked tired & in need of freshening up & fixing. No information about hotel or local transport or any helpful information.
