« I would stay again here if its available for my next visit. Quite location in the middle of DC. Walkable distance to metro and variety of stores. Quality-brand new amenities. Nice private parking in the level of apartment which is easy to bring stuffs in and out. Responsive host. Visitors need to mind that this is a small basement apartment and a bit narrow entry for parking but not a deal breaker. »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Having two King beds was such a treat—so comfortable and perfect for couples or families traveling together. Parking was super easy, which made a big difference, and being so close to the Metro made sightseeing a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

« We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor. »

« House worked for a group. Easy buses to downtown. Kitchen was fine for breakfast but not great for larger meals for group. Very great communication with hosts »
