Located on the ATV trails, close to hiking and biking trails. Just a few miles to Saint Germain and 15 minutes from Eagle River, Minocqua and Woodruff. The unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with private entrance in the walk-out lower level of our home. Kitchenette includes microwave, convection toaster oven sink and mini-fridge, spacious bath with shower and living room with full size futon bed. Outside a small patio with furniture, patio dining table, gas grill, fire pit and horseshoe pit.
