Barely anyone on staff, pool and breakfast are not actually available. Room itself isn’t bad, but it’s a ghost town sometimes.

I stayed in room 221. I couldn’t make coffee in the morning because the coffee maker was missing the basket that holds the coffee filter… The shower needs maintenance! Shower head is pulled away from the enclosure. The handle to control water temperature and pressure really needs maintenance! There are two options, off or on and extremely hot! This is not my first stay. Something is always in need of repair. The cleaning staff does a great job! Management needs improvement!

I rented the room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator and microwave, thinking it would just be a typical room; but I would actually call it a suite because there was a separate living area with a pull out sleeper sofa and 2 chairs in the room with the refrigerator and microwave and its own large TV. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Crandon. On the downside, the pool and hot tub are closed until further notice, but we weren't there to use those anyway (I'd suggest calling and asking first). Very nice place.

First of all, the amenities stayed there was a pool & a hot tub. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying that it was closed for repairs. We later found out from a local that it has been closed for years., but still advertised. . We asked if the bar would be open and were told yes, later that day. It was not. The next morning I took a quick shower as we had to be somewhere by 8am., 15min away. My husband then got in the shower and it was all cold water!! I wanted to say something on our way out, but did not see any employees and we would have been late to our planned departure. So pretty disappointed. I really feel we needed some kind of reimbursement.

The drywall repairs and shower repairs were very unprofessional and left unpainted. Looks like a kid did the repairs. We took our granddaughter here for the pool and the pool was broken as well as the hot tub.

Pool and hot tub facilities were closed with rooms at full price ( always call to see if amenities are fully operational. Rooms we clean and staff were friendly but appeared understaffed, over worked and unappreciated by management. Seem to be par for the course. Holiday week so facility was quiet which was nice. We were 1 of 3 guests for 2 days

We appreciate your feedback of your recent stay. Our maintenance is currently working on shampooing the carpet and doing the needed repairs. We recently had the health department at our hotel for a routine inspection and they did not find any evidence of cockroach's . If you have any questions or concerns please contact the hotel direct.

The only issue I had was that I wanted my room cleaned I stayed two nights. I told a lady at the front desk I wanted my room cleaned she wrote it down. And it was not done. The breakfast was ok.

Clean and helful staff
I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed staying there. The tv wasnt working and someone came right away to get it working. The place was quiet and on outskirts of town. I will stay there again. The bed was too firm for me but thats the only down side.
