"Our stay was overall ok. Easy walk to the train, food, shopping and the old town. We stayed a week. The pool was out of service the first 4, and the workout equipment was out of service. Once the pool was open, it was too cold for us to swim in. Bummer, because we really wanted to have a gym, spa and pool to relax in. My partner got a facial and had a mild breakout. It wasn’t worth the rate because those important amenities we booked the hotel for, weren’t working. But the stay in the city was cool."

"The accommodations were great! Big room and very clean, location was perfect about 6 min walk from the Cologne Central Station/Cathedral and very close to many restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this for someone looking for an easy, reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and modern. The bed was great and the shower had good pressure. It is hard to take a showe without getting the entire bathroom wet since the shower only has a half-door. The only thing i didn't like is the adverised free coffee apparently does not exixt. I was charged for the one coffee i had. "

"Tgis stay was perfect for traveling solo and wanting to take the train. I spent a day passing through. I was able to see some historic sites, enjoy the loca l cuisine, and take the train all within a short walk. The hotel offers breakfast and a fitness room. I was also able to leave my luggage for a short while before the train allowing me to wander a bit more in the city center. I had a single room. "
