Really pleasant stay in Mannheim
Really friendly staff, reception staff spoke both English and German (and probably many other languages). The room was spacious and £150 was a bargain.

Good hotel in center of Mannheim
Located in the city center, it is easy to access shopping and dining venues. Hotel and room were in good condition. We didn’t try the breakfast as many outside bakery shops offer a sandwich and coffee for a more lower price. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Everything was good. Great location. Clean. The only issue (with probably most hotels here) is that the double bed consists of two separate mattresses next to each other with two separate blankets. No queen/king size beds.

Great location downtown Manheim, nice cozy clean room with air-conditioning plus we were offered a fan. They allow pets which was great with plenty of places to go potty and the breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we’ve had. ask for an omelette and they will cook it for you perfectly

Excellent hotel with basement parking
Good stay, nice and clean hotel. Superb breakfast. Comfy rooms and beds. Few steps from the maincity centre, can be reached on foot in less than 5mins. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only downside was parking, the charge is more than stated on website which is 16€ for 24hours bur qe paid 33€ for two nights therefore rate is for every 12hours. Suggest the parking prices are made mlre clearer and displaced near entrance.

Nice central location. However the cleaning staff should try to keep noise down. They were yelling between rooms while cleaning in the morning. I also didn’t think the rooms were as clean as they could have been.

Quite nice clean room, well located in the city with easy access to parking. Although there were not many guests staying in the hotel, we were given an adjoining room with neighbouring guest both sides who were fairly noisy.

Comfortable and convenient.
We stayed for 4 nights. It is a comfortable and cosy hotel, in an excellent location, literally close to everyplaces. While depending on which staff you met, the front desk service was most friendly and helpful (at least 4 out of 5 staff we met were friendly). The breakfast selection was good but it remained identical for the entire 4 days of our accommodation.
