Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the foundation Vacation in architectural monument, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005. Public transport: Take bus 171 in the direction of Bellinzona, Stazione to Splügen. The bus stop is around 300 metres from the Susta.
