« Wir suchten nach einem Hotelaufenthalt am 1, Advent (von Sonntag auf Montag) für eine Familienfeier, da wir aufgrund einer kürzlichen Wirbelsäulenoperation nicht zweimal an einem Tag 300 km fahren wollten, Wir waren erfreut, eine erschwingliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit einem Aufzug im Precise Resort Hafendorf Rheinsberg zu finden, Nach dem Einchecken am Sonntagnachmittag entdeckten wir einen großen Hinweis, dass der Aufzug außer Betrieb war und dass das Personal darüber informiert war und...
