### Villa SEE la vie Summ

Summary:  
The vacation home is self-sufficient in terms of energy and is powered by solar energy. The central, light-flooded main room, which combines cooking, dining and living, offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Großer Zechliner See lake. The sauna with its large panoramic window is a place of absolute relaxation. The lake invites you to cool off after every sauna session.  
  
The Space:  
Villa SEElavie is part of a semi-detached house and is situated in a vacation home development in an exposed location at ground level with direct lake access on the shore of the Großer Zechliner See, which is considered one of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg and is part of the federal waterway network. Here you can relax, bathe, swim,  
fishing, canoeing, paddle boating, motor boating or SUP. The small beach in front of the property  
The small beach in front of the property is ideal for children to play and splash around. The Große Zechliner See is part of a beautiful lake landscape with forest and nature, which invites you to relax, hike and cycle. The nearby towns of Rheinsberg and Neuruppin, which are cultural centers in the area, offer a wide range of events and concerts. The surrounding small villages also invite you to

The spacious living and dining area of our modernly furnished vacation home with its large  
with its large inviting sitting and reclining window is a place of relaxation and comfort. From here you have a view of the large bee and butterfly meadow and the beautiful Großer Zechlin. You can also enjoy a rain shower under the awning on the large terrace. The view of the lake through the large panoramic window of the sauna attached to the beautiful bath allows you to relax completely while taking a sauna.  
After a relaxing sauna session, the clear lake invites you to cool off.  
  
The semi-detached house was built as environmentally friendly as possible; the walls and roof are completely made of wood. It is energy self-sufficient thanks to two large photovoltaic systems with associated energy self-sufficient, has a very low energy requirement and is comfortably warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer.

The Neighborhood:  
Dorf Zechlin and the surrounding area are home to numerous sights, leisure attractions, excursion destinations and museums, some of which can be visited even in bad weather.  
The Große Zechliner See lake is in the immediate vicinity and is ideal for many activities.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.  
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
