The detached holiday home Im Birkenweg in Rheinau near Strasbourg/close to Europa-Park at the gateway to the Black Forest and Alsace offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 12 people on over 160 m² of living space for your exclusive use. Three bedrooms including an open sleeping gallery (sleeping gallery & children's room with space-saving staircase without door and limited privacy) as well as additional bedding options in the living room and hallway area make the house ideal for large families, groups of friends or several generations who want to spend time together, or even workshops and project meetings – relaxed and without compromise.  
  
The large, light-filled bathroom offers a shower and bathtub for pampering; a washing machine (dryer available if required) and a separate guest WC are also available.  
  
In the spacious living area, the fireplace ensures cozy evenings, while you can enjoy the view of green meadows, fields, and the idyllic stream from the balcony. The particularly quiet, natural location is a real highlight: with a little luck, you can observe storks, deer, nutria, fish, or even a kingfisher – a nature experience right on your doorstep.  
  
The vacation home is modern and equipped to a high standard:  
high-speed internet (250 Mbit), large 85" TV with home cinema system, 5.1 surround sound, Sony PlayStation PS5, Amazon TV & Netflix, HD satellite TV, a large bathroom & additional guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and dryer. My friends and family gathered in the area to enjoy the Christmas market in Strasbourg. The check-in process was easy and Wolfgang was very responsive to any questions about the house or area. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

#### Kurztrip mit Besuch Europa-Park 

Wir haben 3 Tage/2 Nächte in dem Haus mit drei Familien verbracht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ein sehr gemütliches Haus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig der Garten ist leider sehr klein.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Sie waren sehr bemüht und standen bei Anfragen stets zur Verfügung. Positiv fanden wir die Flexibilität bei den An - und Abreisezeiten. Alles in allem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen und wir werden vielleicht auch noch mal wiederkommen.

#### Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und gemütlich, es hat eine super Lage und vor allem eine tolle Ausstattung. Es hat nichts gefehlt und es gab für alles eine ausführliche Beschreibung inkl. Check-Listen sodass man nichts falsch machen kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war problemlos, schnell und einfach. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben als Freundesgruppe Urlaub gemacht und es war perfekt! Besonders der große Wohnraum hat viele Möglichkeiten geboten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

#### Schönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Haus groß mit sehr schöner Umgebung, nur 11 km bis Straßburg . Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Gewürzen. Einzig die Betten waren unbequem und Bettwäsche ist nicht inbegriffen, muss man selber mitbringen. Auch Heizung und Strom sind nicht inbegriffen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt.

#### Super Unterkunft

Wir waren von Fr-So in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben wenn nicht sogar besser (Fernseher größer als angegeben). Alles war sauber und die Familie war sehr freundlich und auch mit An- und Abreisezeitpunkt flexibel. Sie standen für Fragen offen und waren gut zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen

#### Ein Wochenende in Linx

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in einer tollen Wohnung. Wolfgang war sehr hilfreich und auch während unseres Aufenthalts nochmal spontan erreichbar. Alles in allem schöne Region, tolle Wohnung und unkomplizierte Vermieter!

#### Gemütliches Wochenende am knisternden Kamin

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Wir haben zu acht ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Fachwerkhaus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und insbesondere die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist auch herrlich, wobei wir am meisten die gemütliche Zeit am Kaminfeuer genossen haben - vor allem, als draußen Schnee lag und man die Landschaft durch die großen Fenster bewundern konnte. Wie im Bilderbuch!
