Situated on the main shopping street Laugarvegur in the heart of down town Reykjavik. The Space: Our Superior apartments are elegantly furnished and bright, the living room is spacious, perfect for couples or families. Each apartment has a sofa that can be pulled out to make a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower and a hair dryer. All of them come with a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances as well as a dining area. The main bedroom comes with two comfortable single beds. The apartments provide sleeping accommodations for four people. There are HD Flat-Screen TV’s with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Some of the apartments come with a balcony, accessible from the bedroom. One of our Superior apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guest Access: Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. The Neighborhood: Many of Reykjavik’s most iconic sights are within walking distance from the apartments. Through arch entryway, down a corridor and the apartment building is right there. Everything we could need was provided or available to us. Communication with the host was easy and they responded promptly. Host did everything them could to accommodate my few requests. Be aware that all level of the building involve stairs. Rolly bags will need to be carried across parking lot as it’s all small pebbles/rocks. I found no issue with noise. The location is literally 1-2 minutes walk to rainbow street. The amenities in the apt were perfect except that we ran out of coffee, and there was no supply of fresh towels available. The keypad on the front door did not work when we first arrived.
