While the room was OK they made sure they gave me the worst room possible. They have dozens of rooms inside and on the upper floors, but they gave me one of 2 rooms facing the street, next to a parking lot, with noisy construction across the street. There was nobody to talk to except for a cleaning lady! No reception, no staff, no help. I called them and the ladies were rude. They had Russian names. I was willing to switch rooms later, to no avail. I paid more than the lower rate in order to get a good room. I asked for an early check-in in advance when I reserved the room, they gave me that room without the code till 3:00PM, so I couldn’t leave the room before 3:00.
I suggest nobody accepts rooms 212 or 214, they both face the street and the parking lot!!!
I didn’t feel safe in a room facing the street, while all other rooms are inside, behind 2 doors!!!
