Positives: Easy parking, easy check-in, spacious apartment, terrific water pressure, plenty of space/ storage for our things. The temperature in the apartment was good -- neither too not nor too cold. When we had a problem (it was a HUGE problem, too!), management was responsive.
Negatives: Kitchen is sparsely appointed -- there were not enough utensils. There is no housekeeping -- you supposedly help yourself to towels and toilet paper, but we only saw 3 towels available on one single day that we were there, and two rolls of toilet paper. We just went and bought our own toilet paper. The pillows are not great.
Here's the deal: If you want a do-it-yourself apartment experience, then this is the way to go. My three kids and I were so happy with a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in for the week, and the parking and location are good. It's very much a "no frills" experience. We had a massive problem at check-in, but it was handled and addressed appropriately by management and the rest of our stay was smooth, except we wish we had more utensils in the kitchen. There were like 3 knives and 3 spoons.
