"Beautiful and upscale apartment. Great bedroom and master bathroom, great kitchen and great living room. The only weird thing is that if you have a guest staying in the living room on the pullout couch, the only bathroom is in the bedroom. But other than that, this is a great apartment. Great location and they even offer parking in the garage (for a fee). "
"Beautiful hotel in great location. There was some construction. However, we were always up early so never really bothered us. Nice social hour and good breakfast. Bus stop literally outside the hotel door. Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as Bonus grocery store. Highly recommend to all!"
"This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. P3 parking just a block away. There's a little church in front of it and we always knew where we were staying when we could locate the church.
The only problem we had was we couldn't access the television. The remote was broken and glued together. After 3 days they finally replaced it.
In all a very pleasant stay in a central location. Would definitely stay here again.

"This was a wonderful hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody staying in Reykjavik! The staff were so kind and polite, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. The location is perfect and walk able to many bars, shops, restaurants. We spent many days before the hotel in a camper van traveling and this was the perfect stop to end the trip for 2 nights. "
"The property was well run, clean and the room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff at the front desk were helpful. "

Stay at Midgardur
"Conveniently located at end of Laugavegur and easy walk to main sights and shopping in town.
Had complimentary drinks and use of spa that opened from 6am till 10pm, so could still use it first thing in morning and after a day of sightseeing.
Gym had basic dumbbells only. A mirror would be useful.
Breakfast was decent. Standard fare.
Parking was plentiful and convenient by the hotel.
A wee problem was having to be careful when booking hotel because of the English/Icelandic alphabets. Searching on the Google map, there's MIOGAROUR & MIDGARDUR. Use the address to identify your hotel. "

"Room is smaller, but the view and location are an amazing deal for the price of the rooms. Staff was great and super responsive with questions since we had never been to Iceland. I would stay here again!"
