Wow ! What a fantastic stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Fast and smooth check in with a friendly lady at the front desk who even upgraded us to a room with a view. A nice Hilton.
It was very comfortable and good. Great for parking. Lovely view of the sea and mountains. Good supermarkets nearby if needed. But it’s too far from town and taxis are $25 to get in the 5 minutes. It’s a 20-40 minute walk to town so if you have a car it’s perfect but if you want to pop in and out of town frequently I might consider elsewhere.

Hôtel très sympa, accueillant et propre
Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel au cours de notre séjour en Islande. L'hôtel est très sympa, bien décoré et agréable. Le personnel a également été très accueillant. Concernant, la localisation il n'est pas proche du centre-ville (mais pas loin non plus) donc vous devrez marcher un peu pour y parvenir ou bien prendre la voiture (mais l'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit!). Au niveau du confort tout était là: télévision, literie propre et confortable, salle de bain avec baignoire (et articles de douche fournis). A noter que le petit déjeuner est assez incroyable, parmi les plus impressionnants que j'ai vu jusqu'à présent en termes de choix et de variétés d'aliments. En définitif, un très bon hôtel dans lequel je re-séjournerai volontiers.

Très bon hotel pour visiter Reykjavik et sa région si vous êtes en voiture. A environ 5 min en voiture du centre ville et proche de la voie rapide pour sortir de Reykjavik. Presque rien autour de l'hotel. L'hotel est très bien, petit-déj sympa, chambre impeccable, rien à reprocher, ou éventuellement la clim dans la chambre qu'on ne pouvait régler (on n'a pas trouvé le boitier).

C'est une franchise Hilton Du coup la qualité ,le service n'est pas vraiment à compare avec un vrai Hilton Très déçu de l'hôtel , aucune réactivité au niveau des demandes . Il faut parfois rappeler plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une serviette qui a été oubliée . Il faut également prendre en compte les options (pantoufle, sauna,hammam)

What one would expect from the Hilton brand. Nice accommodations and restaurant. Comfortable beds. For those with mobility issues… one has to step up and over the side of the tub which is a high step and awkward near the toilet due to the shower door.

Very nice overall! Great breakfast layout! Only issue we had was trying to cool the room. Even with the window open and heating turned off, we couldn’t cool the room enough.

Good stay overall. Clean and spacious rooms for this area. My room was warm even with the heat completely shut off I kept the window open 24/7. Bar service was unfriendly and horribly expensive. Dining/ coffee shop access almost disappeared in this section of town in the weekend.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful, the location was the only negative as there wasn’t really much within walking distance in terms of restaurants and shops. I would choose a hotel in city center if I were to return.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the - for a hotel -good gym. The room was ok, but pretty basic and in need of some love. Quiet, though. I think I was pretty unlucky to always bump into that grumpy receptionist, all other staff members were a delight, though.

The front desk staff really spoilt the stay for us. Unwelcoming, wrong information and even gave the wrong rooms to us. Eventually my boss had the single bed room and I had the double room. Only found out during breakfast the next morning. Terrible when I specifically asked her if the rooms are different and she replied no they are the same.

The property is very convenient for families. It has a nice Nordic Spa for adults. The bar and sitting areas are very cosy. The atmosphere definitely reflects the New Year vibe.. The breakfast was so rich and delicious. They serve happy hour every evening on the executive lounge, free drinks and snacks.. absolutely perfect..
