The open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room features a dining table with stools, sofa for two guests and a fully fitted kitchen creating a perfect space to unwind. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, and the master bedroom boasts a double bed for ultimate comfort.

Step outside to a charming communal passageway with a sitting area, providing a peaceful spot for your morning coffee. Although tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the town centre is just a 30-second walk away, putting you right in the heart of Southwold.
