As you make your way into the property, you will be welcomed by the homely atmosphere. After days of adventure, gather around the TV in the lounge/diner and unwind. If you’re feeling creative in the well-equipped kitchen, you can use locally bought ingredients to create a delicious meal, which can be enjoyed with family or friends at the dining table. There is also a sunroom, perfect for some peaceful moments, and a ground-floor WC. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom, as well as a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single, each lovingly decorated. To make the most of the warmer months, bask in the sunshine in the landscaped garden or dine together alfresco on the lovely patio.

The centre of town and its wealth of independent eateries, cafes and boutiques is only 300 metres away, while broad expanses of picturesque marshland and winding footpaths can be found in the local area. For those seeking a more adventurous day out, the golden beach at Covehithe is 5 miles away. Alternatively, spend the day at Dunwich, 7.5 miles away, with its spectacular heath and beach – it’s also a location renowned for its former medieval port lying beneath the water's surface.
