"Great staff. The room smelled of fresh paint still and they happily changed my room right away. I wanted a soda and they had ran out, 30 minutes later the front desk staff brought it up to my room herself. So sweet!!"

There was a bloody giant booger on the wall, along with smeared bloody boogers on a picture, and the microwave had food in it, also there was a sock in the bed when I first pulled the covers back so it lead me to think it was never changed…. I took pictures of all these issues and made mention to the front desk, who said the following day they would clean it. They didn’t. I had to stop and ask housekeeping myself the following day and point the issues out to get a clean room…"
