The home has notably stylish splashes of wallpaper, accent walls, industrial and Edison bulb lighting and bright colors. Rexburg's ideal multi level family home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3.5 of the bedrooms being located in the upstairs of the home, including the master bedroom which has its own bathroom attached. Guest Access: Location: It is a multi-level home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking safe and beautiful Madison county. It’s located one block over from the breathtaking view of the bright white Rexburg Temple and within 1 mile distance of Brigham Young University College of Idaho, previously known as Ricks College, both belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. You can see the LDS temple as a beautiful view from the master bedroom window and also the living room. Sights: Whether you’re well acquainted or just now being introduced to this LDS community, both places within this area provide some beautiful views accompanied by feelings of sweet peace. On campus at BYU-Idaho, there is a focal point for visitors and travelers to explore called the Thomas E. Ricks Horticulture Demonstration Gardens. This garden has grown on the south side of campus into a 10 acre garden, now known as one of the finest show gardens within the western US. The gardens are filled with gazebos, ponds, waterfalls, picnic areas, room for studying and relaxing for students and passerby visitors. Memorable events, gatherings, wedding receptions, company parties and family reunions can be scheduled at the Thomas E Ricks gardens which is a great option for any of our guests coming into town with something in mind to celebrate or gather for. Do not park on street. Access: Reserving this private home comes with full access to everything on the nearly 3,600 square foot property. The home, the yard, the driveway and street for parking, fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, laundering room with 2 sets of washers, dryers and ironing equipment, detergent provided, TVs, fireplace, AC and heater and more. There was food under the table in the dining and the bar stools as well as the kitchen, there were pieces of garbage throughout the house on the floors. There was a toilet upstairs that wasn't clean at all, it had feces on it. We contacted the manager and were told that there were cleaning supplies at the property--we paid for a clean unit and shouldn't have to clean it to use it!!! Also the garbage was not acceptable-both the dumpsters-regular and recycle were totally full of garbage and didn't smell very good! None of the remotes worked--probably just needed batteries-but the ceiling fans couldn't be used because of this. The house is nice, it is a good location and worked very well for what we needed it for. ##### Jed J. Lots of space for 8 adults and 2 small children with more room to spare. We loved all the space for gathering around the house and bathrooms. Well maintained home and clean for the most part. Only issue was what looked like a large long pee stain from the front entryway to the living room/kitchen area. Possibly from a pet? A good carpet cleaning should clear that up. Hot tub was also unusable. Low green water and unable to selfclean due to low water level. We found a hose, filled it and put in the chemicals and got it back to usable for our stay but the water was still iffy. But these are just minor cosmetic issues. Overall the house and stay was great and we would stay there again for sure. ##### James B. We all really enjoyed it. It fit all 15 of us with plenty of space. The day we got there the temp was only 55 degrees in the house. We were unable to increase the temp from the nest thermostat since we didn't have the app. We contacted the property management several times. By 9pm it was only 65 degrees. We has guests over that had to wear winter coats. Also, they had over 1 foot of snow before we came. The plow had come through and left a huge drift of snow in front driveway. We spent several hours shoveling the driveway, because you can't park on the street without being ticketed in the winter. It didn't snow while we were there and we shouldn't have had to spend our first day shoveling and then going into a cold house. The hot tub was kind of murky, and not too warm but the teenagers liked it. ##### Holly J. Everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty of space to gather and visit the new baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our group. We didn’t even use the basement, because there was enough room and beds upstairs for our group. The roads around Rexburg can get icy, so if you are visiting in the Winter, be prepared. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from town (Rexburg is a relatively small town). The teens loved the hot tub, even though it was 15 degrees outside. It was perfect for our family to gather during the week of our daughter’s wedding. The hot tub was perfect, even in 20 degree weather! The only thing I would suggest improving on is the king mattress and the basement queen mattress which were not comfortable for adults. The other beds were fine. ##### Laura G.
