Hi AmrikThanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy the free breakfast that we offer, This is just a basic continental breakfast that we offer to guests during their stay. I am curious why you felt that there was no service on the front desk after 9pm? You had checked into our hotel just after 8pm and i explained to you that the front desk would be open until 11pm, after this there is a number to ring on the front desk if yo need to get in touch with the on call night auditor who is in house at times. I had also noticed you pass me on the front desk a couple of times and you hadn't mentioned any problems in the room with any equipment. Had you done this, i would have been only too happy to help. I also noticed that you had gone past the front desk at around 10pm with your family, we both said hello to each other when you came back. I had also explained to you that we do have our own restaurant on site, which closed at 10:30pm. Our parking lot also has CCTV and a police station directly opposite - we have thankfully never had any issues of theft in parking lot that i am aware of.
