Then you are right with us. "The Sonnenspitze" is the largest of the three well-equipped apartments in our house "The Wetterstein". "The Wetterstein" is located directly on the foothills of the Zugspitze and yet centrally located in the idyllic Tyrolean village Ehrwald. A house with history, tradition and venerable charm, where already in 1860 the first guests were received. Although the exclusive "Sonnenspitze" can accommodate 8-10 people (about 150sqm, 3 double bedrooms (bedroom 3 is accessible through bedroom 2), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom with rain shower and corner bath, 1 bathroom with Shower, 2 toilets, fireplace), but still everyone finds his personal retreat for undisturbed moments. The "Sonnenspitze" is not only the largest, but also the most exclusively equipped apartment in Wetterstein. It is divided into two levels and is located in the 1st and 2nd. Floor. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are in the 2nd. Floor. The extremely spacious apartment is perfect for holidays with family or friends. All bedrooms will be equipped with new, high-quality wooden furniture in November 2019 and, together with the light wood floor, create a pleasant feel-good ambience. Cooking together and social dinner? No problem in "Der Sonnenspitze". The huge and well-equipped kitchen with the large, new dining table is perfect anyway. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove with oven, extractor, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and microwave. To ensure exquisite coffee enjoyment on holiday, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a Nespresso milk frother. Since it is our special concern to make our guests as carefree and relaxed as possible, we have also equipped the kitchen with the most important spices, detergents and tea towels. Especially since the living area is big enough for many, there is nothing for a nice evening with family or friends. Or make yourself comfortable on the couch and enjoy the warmth of the crackling fireplace with a glass of wine. Apart from the fireplace, the rain shower and the corner bath are among the other highlights of this exclusive apartment for 10 people. Not to mention the huge and sunny terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the mountains. Big. Open. Unspoilt. Romantic sunsets and clear starry skies included. By the way, from the terrace you can see very well the 2\. 417 meter high summit of the Sonnenspitze, which is named after the apartment. If you want to do your laundry, feel free to use the washing machine and dryer in our laundry room downstairs. Laundry, iron and ironing board are also available. To save you unnecessary luggage, bed linen and towels are also available. You do not have to bring any toilet paper either. You want to relax in the snow after a wonderful day? Then do so and relax in our spacious sauna with sunbathing area on the ground floor. Also included are parking spaces directly in front of or next to the house, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a storage room for bicycles and a ski storage room. The location of the apartment is also the ideal starting point for the numerous excursion possibilities in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena dar. The unique central but quiet location in the middle of Ehrwald, is the best infrastructure. Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop is only about 30 meters away. For our guests there is also free admission to the family / Ehrwald indoor pool Ehrwald, the artificial ice rink (only in winter) and the climbing hall Ehrwald. All of this can be reached on foot within a short time or is almost directly across the street. Each guest also receives a guest card, with which you can use the ski bus for free and receive countless other discounts. We are sure that you will have an unforgettable holiday both in summer and in winter. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for walks in beautiful nature, for mountain biking, for a round of golf at the gorgeous 9-hole golf course, swimming, climbing, horseback riding, play tennis and much more. Your children will feel well and love the many special offers for children. We personally find that, for example, the waterfall path in Ehrwald, Mosles Explorer Trail or Mosles Magic Forest in Lermoos are always worth a visit. There is also fun when sledding on the summer toboggan run or the monster scooter driving in the neighboring Biberwier. Would your children like to see marmots and raccoons up close? The animal and game park Bichlbach with its own petting zoo is only about 10 minutes away by car and lets children's eyes shine. On request, we also provide a travel cot and high chairs available. In winter, you and your loved ones in the ski area of the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena can expect 142 perfectly groomed slopes in almost all levels of difficulty. From easy slopes for beginners and families to demanding runs, there is everything. 56 modern mountain railways ensure snow fun, powder snow and alpine fun. With the free ski bus you reach the ski areas Zugspitzblatt, Ehrwalder-Alm, Grubigstein and Marienberg a few minutes. The 23 km of pistes in the Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen ski area are only 1 km away from our house. Apart from skiing, the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena course also has a lot more to offer in winter for your guests. Not only miles of cross-country trails, snowshoeing, ice skating, tobogganing, igloo construction workshops, torchlight hikes, fun hut evenings and romantic sleigh rides make the heart beat faster, but also the culinary delight in one of the many quaint cottages. Enjoy fantastic Tyrolean cuisine and be enchanted by the winter landscape. Highly recommended are also the numerous high altitude hiking trails around Ehrwald and Lermoos. Die Betten bequem und die Zimmer geräumig, genug Platz zum Zusammensein oder Zurückziehen. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Einzig einen Garten hab ich mit den Kindern vermisst. Aber ist gibt gleich um die Ecke einen Spielplatz und einen Ort weiter (Lermoos) einen tollen Spiel- und Kletterpark mit Skateplatz ##### Daniela B. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene. Die Fewo war sehr sauber, ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt (Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine hatten wir glücklicherweise mit ;-)). Tolle Aussicht auf die Sonnenspitze. Zahlreiche Gaststätten in der Nähe. Zahlreiche Wanderrouten und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Zugspitze zu "erstürmen".
