We have adopted extra cleaning and disinfecting protocols/ guidelines to keep our guests safe.   
We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces after each stay: Tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces.  
  
2\. This is a stylish, split-level house, bordered by gardens and pool. Location is close to the beaches, close to the charming Rethymno resort , close to Restaurants, Café & Supermarket (only a few steps away). In the fully equipped Kitchen you can prepare all fresh home-cooked meals – desserts – salads etc. All local real food available in supermarket just a few steps away. 24 hours check in, free parking and many more.

\-I strongly suggest a visit to the new archeological Eleutherna archeological area & museum spread across 2,000 square meters. Located just 30 km far from my place, Eleutherna archeological area is supposed to be probably more important than Knossos.  
\- Tennis court overlooking the Cretan Sea just 5 min. drive from my place, in a beautiful natural setting . Available for rent, for 7 euro/hour.  
  
MY NEIGHBORHOOD:  
\-Rethymno is a lovely town with vivid Venetian and traditional architecture. The most characteristic sight of Rethymno is the Fortezza, a strong castle built in the Medieval times. Rethymno region is probably THE MOST UNSPOILT AREA in Crete.   
\-The neighborhood, Atsipopoulo village, is great. Narrow streets, kind friendly people, peacefull atmosphere.The houses have a unique beauty with patios, arched doors, roofs and terraces. You can feel on them concentrated Venetian art, oriental opulence and Cretan tradition.  
It provides a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets selling all the fresh food and bread you would want during your stay.

\- Supermarket PAVLAKIS main road, 25 m. to the left.  
\- Bakery, main road, 40 m. to the right.  
\- Pharmacy, main road, 120 m. to the left.  
\-Patisserie, main road, 150 m. to the right  
\-- Recommended restaurants in Atsipopoulo (in walking distance): Gazoza - Rodinos – Gaganis – Manolis - Britzoladiko  
\- Delivery food service available.  
\- Atractions nearby: Art Room, Gym, Cafe, Museum, Night club, Park, Restaurants.  
\-Several marvelous beaches with pure nature and crystal water nearby.  
\-Easy access to the motorway for Crete's greatest - must see - attractions like Elafonisi Beach, Balos Lagoon, Samaria Gorge as well as boat-trips to Santorini island.  
\-Easy access to the town of RETHYMNO, only 6 min drive.  
\-RETHYMNO:  
A small stunning town 6 min drive from my place offers great restaurants, lovely sightseeing, bars, cafes and more.

Distance from CHANIA airport, 65 km. Distance from HERAKLION airport, 80 km. There is a bus connection to and from the town of Rethymno every 1 hour. Taxi, 6 min. drive, cost 6 euro.
