Summary:  
This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development in central Retford. The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, clean and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels, comfortable double bedroom and high speed Wifi throughout.  
  
The Space:  
This generous 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and more than enough room for 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The spacious open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The large double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

With Idle Valley Nature Reserve (Notts Wildlife Trust), Bassetlaw Museum, All Saints' Church, Babworth and plenty of other attractions nearby, you can soak up the rich history and gorgeous scenery of Retford and the surrounding area. Plus, with Retford station just a 10-minute walk away, you can easily explore nearby towns and cities. Enjoy a truly unforgettable experience in Retford!  
  
Getting Around:  
Set in the heart of town, the apartment is a 10 min walk to the station or a very short drive!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 2 people.  
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
