« First of all, Lauren, our host, was amazing. She was so courteous and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and she was gracious enough to allow us an early check in. Additionally, I got food poisoning and she didn’t hesitate to agree to a late check out since we had an evening flight and had to cancel our plans for the day. « We had one issue which was handled in a few hours. Had a lovely stay. Planned on getting married in Tahoe. Just a few friends. But due to the rain, we couldn’t. This place was beautiful. Plenty of room. Super clean. Great location. »

« This was the perfect place to stay in Reno. The location was great for our needs. As to the house, it was perfect: immaculate, comfortable, well supplied and so adorably decorated. The check-in was easy. I had a few questions and the manager was quick in her response. The spotless kitchen had everything I needed. The beds provided gave us a very comfortable sleep. I definitely would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Reno. »
