Clean, no frills, easy access to shopping and bowling/arcades for the kids. Full size fridge and microwave in room. No breakfast or coffee maker so bring an electric tea kettle to make tea or instant coffee. Hair dryer must borrow from front desk.

Booked a queen room through expedia without kitchen amenities per the booking. Was charged an extra $60 on arrival because it is a "long term stay motel," i guess with kitchen amenities. False advertising on third party booking sites. That shouldnt cost me an extra $60.

You were not charged an extra 60 for your stay. You stayed one night and were only charged 64.46 for your stay. We have no idea why you think you were charged extra. We have a copy of your receipt showing it.

Unfortunately this was an attempt to obtain a free room by the guest. Guest placed on DNR. No pests ever found.

This was a good property for my stay in Sparks. The hotel is designed for extended stay, so the room has a full size refrigerator, microwave and cook-top. I found the room clean and comfortable for my stay. However, the hotel has no amenities to speak of, such as restaurant. That's not really an deal-breaker issue, as there a few eateries close by. One negative is the properties flaky internet service. Once you get connected it's fine. It's just jumping through the hoops to get connected that is not so good. All in all, if I needed to stay in Sparks again I would probably stay there again.

The outside was well kept up and looked very promising. The check in was good and staff was nice. When we went to room there was an extremely strong odor of pine cleanser. The smell was so strong it was nauseating. Didn’t sleep well because other guests were very noisy with televisions blaring and a lot of banging noises. When we got home all our belongings smelled like pine- sol. The price of room was great but won’t be staying there again.

The cleanliness of the room stood out. The room itself had a clean smell. Requiring the card to get past the lobby is a nice safety measure. I did not like the notes on the keypad in the lobby zone. The “Do I look like a phone” definitely left a bad impression when thats the first thing you see walking into the facility.

My review is based the the price paid, this place is well worth the cost, our room was clean, everything worked, parking was very convenient, and restaurants (fast food) and gas stations were all around. My daughter and son-in-law along with my grandson live in Sparks, and I plan on staying here often.

Check in was fast. Front desk agent knowledgeable and courteous. I stay with roommates and needed a couple of days of me time, wish cooking utensils were available for me to make myself a meal.

The Check-in and Check out times are pretty much a standard in the hotel industry. It's to give time for the housekeepers to clean the rooms. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be checked in to a dirty room. But giving us a score of three because you were inconvenienced is unfair. The times are the industry standard.

It smelled horrible. Smelled like wet dog. The halls and walk ways where dirty. The roomed smelled like sewer. We could hear every time our next door neighbor walked in and out of the room. Woke us up in the middle of the night everytime. The whole room shoke. There was burnt walls from the stove. I dont think that safe. The ladys in the front were great. Nice staff. They helped us well. They were good. The quality of the hotel was not. Needs repairs.

The whole 4 days sounded like there was a family of 14 kids above me you hear everything in the rooms, the paper I signed said absolutely no smoking vaping or drugs in the property and the entire time the whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed the traffic was loud and there were always sketchy people standing around outside the room leaked shower water everywhere the bed was very small and uncomfortable and squeaky I had to go by my own blanket and pillows cause they sucked there I asked to move rooms and they said no I would really like a refund to be honest they wouldn't do anything

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately you never spoke with the front desk about any issues or we would have been happy to help you at the time. We have plenty of extra blankets and pillows available just for the asking. All of our beds are queen sized so I'm not sure why you thought the bed was small. The room above you was empty during your stay. We also placed you on the first floor as requested which tends to be a little noisier with other guests arriving and leaving. But we would have been happy to help you at any time had we been made aware of any issues.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable! would have been nice to know in advance, that there's no coffee maker in room and no breakfast available!! Also, there's a nice size refrigerator and electric cooking stove, but no utensils, pots or pans!

Very Underwhelming Hotel!
This is a very simple hotel with no thrills whatsoever. There is no grand entrance. It's just a glass door that does not have an automatic door opener sensor. You have to go through multiple doors to walk through the downstairs level. The rooms are very basic with platform beds. The sheets are all white and there is no bed skirt even. There is DirecTV in the room, but it has limited channels. There is no coffee maker with coffee in the. This is a place to stay only when you want a place to crash. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling with a family.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are an extended stay hotel that deals with mostly corporate clients. Ones who have their crews staying with us for weeks and months at a time. Unfortunately you mistook us for a nightly hotel. Our Direct TV has 60 channels on it. Which is more than most hotels. It was explained to you at check in. on our website, and on the paperwork given to you at check in that we do not provide coffee. All of our rooms have kitchenettes in them for our long term guests to prepare their own meals. I would suggest that maybe next time, a nightly hotel is more of what you are looking for. We do apologize that we are not the type of hotel you believed we were.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk, when I arrived to check in. There’s a buzzer to ring but not in an area to see. Room was well worn and not many amenities. Lots of rules. Didn’t realize extended stay meant bring everything. Thought it was a regular hotel, not at all, especially for the price.

We have a very small staff of 9 people and our front desk closes at 11pm. This is why we have several signs for you to call 500 on the lobby phone and the night person will come check you in. Also if we have to check on a room in the hotel, we do close the front while we are away from the desk but still carry a cordless phone to answer any calls. We are an extended stay hotel that deals with mostly businesses that have their staff staying with us for weeks and months at a time. All of our rooms have a full kitchenette in them for guests to prepare their own meals. Unfortunately we are not a nightly hotel and do not follow that structure.

The parking lot was at the window of our room. The cars & trucks were heard all night slamming doors & starting their loud engines. It was very smelly in the halls & rooms. The front desk personnel were very rude & not informative.Would never recommend this hotel

Not totally accessible for wheelchair user. Bed height was 30"- requires additional person for transfer into. ADA recommendation is 20-21". Change this and it would be great, rest of room was very good- but I would have liked an accessible bed... Please ask reservations to confirm bed height and decide if that will work for you.
