PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Beautiful home across from Rancho San Rafael park, walking-distance (2 blocks) to the University of Nevada, and only 1 mile to downtown Reno. Nice outdoor space with a 5-person hot tub and attached swim spa.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, Large Smart TV, and couch in the common space. Smart TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom. Wi-Fi internet. All modern appliances and cooking amenities including spices, coffee, and tea.

Bedroom 3: TWO Queen beds and a futon (opens to a full)

The entire home including hot tub/swim spa and garage are for guests to use. There are some items stored in the garage, but it fits a standard-size vehicle.

We are available by phone, text, and AIRBNB messaging. We are a small business and pride ourselves on excellent communication.

There is ample driveway and on-street parking in front of the house.

Had our annual girls trip and stayed here, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Loved that the table seated 8, may seem like a small thing to some, but it is hard to find a place that has a spot for everyone. We would definitely consider making this our go to place to stay each year

In Reno for Rodeo

We booked the stay to have a comfy place to stay while there for the rodeo. The location was great and beautiful neighborhood. We were excited about the swim tub however, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hot tub….. we all came down with a bacterial infection after using the hot tub….also, the upstairs bathroom was under construction and we did not learn about this until the day before our stay. There probably should have been a discount offered due to the inconvenience factor.

Better than the Pictures!

This place was perfect for the entire family. Beautiful, lots of places to gather that were big enough for all of us and in a good location. The backyard was wonderful and we made use of the whole thing! Also particularly enjoyed the great room, the upstairs pool table and ping pong area and the master bedroom. Everything we needed was there and the host was most responsive when we had a question. Beyond highly recommended!!

Beautiful House

Very nice house, very close to town. A few steps away from Rancho San Rafael Park. Lots of outdoor space to hangout, hot tub, swim spa, grill, lots of space in the house too. Pool table and Ping Pong table in the upstairs great room. 3 Bathrooms. Owners were very responsive to any questions or minor needs we had. We would stay there again.

Excellent Family and Friends week

Our family met up for the Reno Air Races, coming from Michigan, Washington, and Alaska. Ages ranged from 3 years old to mid-60's but most of the group was in mid-20's. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was nearly perfect. The location of this home, in a quiet neighborhood close to a park and a short drive to everywhere we went, was so convenient. We were able to fit all of us (10 adults plus one 3- year-old) around the dining room table. The hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all. I cannot recommend this VRBO highly enough.

Wonderful property

We had a large group in town for a family reunion and 10 of us stayed in this property just minutes from downtown. A few hiccups in the beginning due to the house being reconfigured for VRBO, but Guy was helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The house itself is large and spacious and very comfortably furnished. The backyard is warm and inviting, with combo gas and charcoal grill / smoker, backyard bar, swim spa and large hot tub... and can't forget the pool and ping pong table upstairs. The property itself was immaculate! Rancho San Rafael Park is located just a 2 minute walk away with its miles of walking trails and amazing May Museum and Arboretum (check this out!). Because the home is close to the University, many of the local food joints are attended and run by college kids seemingly on their own schedules so don't be shocked if you're ignored or forgotten completely. Go into town if service is what you want. Guy is an exceptional host, very quick to reply and very helpful in every respect. Don't hesitate to book this property, your guests will love it. Beautiful spacious house

Lots of fun amenities and very comfortable! Our only gripe was all of the TVs are outdated and we couldn’t get logged on to any streaming services or watch anything. You’ll need to bring DVD or VHS or use an HDMI cable with your laptop. The hot tub was great, love the steam shower, the chef’s kitchen, comfy beds, and amazing gas and charcoal grill/smoker. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
