All that glitters isn't gold
Long story short, they didn't honor a cancellation done 24 hours in advance even for a emergency. I ordered two separate rooms one for my family & one for my parents, they couldn't make it. The hotel still charged me for the room, wouldn't upgrade my room, and so when I asked to check out the room because I was still being charged for it they, said no bc I cancelled. How can a hotel charge you for a room that you don't need, but won't let you use it because they booked it to someone else? IMO they totally double dipped at my expense and made zero attempt to make it right. They could've upgraded me (it was a weekday no less) or given me coupons, so it wasn't a total wash NOPE NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE! The customer service lady stressed to me how badly she wanted to help, but management alerted her of the problem and wouldn't allow her to. I won't stay there again, and I took my money to the other casinos, gambled, drank, and ate giving their competitors my money, bc they can't work with me I refuse to give them an extra dime!
The pool hours suck, and the a/c in the general areas don't seem to suffice, especially in the elevators. Ready for the worst part of my experience it's not being charged for something I'm not allowed to use, but the worst part was taking a bath with my hair up and a clump of hair (not mine) floated up the drain, at first I was like what is that and as I looked I could see more hair & pubes coming up the drain! I seriously started gagging!
