Perfectly locating with just a few minutes away from midtown, downtown, Truckee River and parks. 35 min away from most famous ski resorts. You can go to the lake and ski in the same day because of our unique city. Beautiful well done backyard with BBQ area with fruit trees will create fully relaxed atmosphere for you. Security camera outside of the home for your safety with smart lock front door for easy access. No pets, party, smoking are allowed on the property.

Wonderful stay!
We were in town to be close to the hospital while my mother-in-law had surgery. I am so thankful to have found this lovely place to stay! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Alex is a great communicator and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect for us!
Not only was the house very clean but it was also very warm and comfortable- especially the beds. In addition the house was stocked with laundry supplies and a very nice keurif coffee maker which helped us start out each day on the right note. The hosts were also very kind and gracious. They checked in with us often to make sure all our needs were met. Thank you for the nice stay!
