The bed was very uncomfortable 😣. Spring mattress was substandard

After I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to find me a room. They told me that the room just needed fresh towels. I open the door to find the room completely trashed, with garbage covering every square inch on the floors and walls. I immediately go back to the front desk and tell them that the room is unacceptable. They take another 15 minutes to find me a new room, a "upgrade". At least this room was clean, although I can't get the image of the first room out of my mind. I noticed how well the worn carpet design hides dirt. The floors in the bath sloped away from the shower, and so the shower leaked water all over the floor. The free breakfast was awful -- the eggs lacked any taste whatsoever and the apple/orange juice was watered down.

The check in process was nice. Parking was the worst part, too many vehicles and not enough spots. Room accessibility was also not the best, pretty hard to get to. Besides that things went fine. The breakfast they had was good!

I go to Quality Inn for the breakfast and the hot tub. When u say Full Breakfast, there shoud be some kind of side to the eggs, like potatoes. Second, but most importantly none of the jets in the hot tub were functioning.
