Brand new, private one bedroom suite ideal for a single traveler. New carpet and paint with all brand new furniture. Above garage unit with separate entrance in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Midtown Reno. Within walking distance to VA and Renown Hospitals.   
  
High speed fiber optic internet with full access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Disney+ to stream on two smart TV's- 32" in the bedroom and 48" in the living room.  
  
Designated parking in RV length driveway. Keyless entry and access to shared washer/dryer in garage. Shared backyard with plenty of space for your dog to run around. Plenty of storage for your bike, ski equipment, kayak, or any of your bulky outdoor gear.  
  
Kitchenette includes: full-size fridge, induction hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, Brita water pitcher with a 4 month supply of filters, cooking utensils and dishware.  
  
Bedroom is equipped with full size mattress, makeup vanity/work station, armoire, and flat screen TV. Sleep soundly with black out curtains, sound machine and sunrise alarm clock.
