Guest Verification Within 24 hours of booking, the reservation holder must provide: A photo of their ID. A list of overnight guest names. 4\. NO extra overnight guests without prior approval. 5\. Please treat this home with the same care and respect as you would your own. 6\. Assumption of Risk & Liability By booking, the reservation holder must inform their group of these rules, and all guests accept all risks. Maintenance & Repairs Report any breakages or issues immediately for prompt repair. Reporting an issue grants permission for the host or team to enter the property if needed. Denying entry confirms the space as suitable for your stay. 15\. Third-Party Amenities NO refunds for interruptions of third-party services (electricity, internet, cell signal, etc.). 16\. Damages & Missing Items The reservation holder is responsible for any missing or damaged items at their replacement cost. Inventory checks are done before check-in and after check-out. 17\. Pest Control Regular pest control is conducted, but we are not responsible for any insects found inside the home. 18\. Check-Out Policy Check-out time is 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $100 fee, plus an additional $100 per hour if it impacts the next booking. 19\. Long-Term Stays (Monthly) For monthly stays, an additional cleaning fee of $85 every two weeks applies.
