\- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.  
\- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.  
\- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use  
\- Maximum 6 Vehicles allowed to park in driveway  
\- The garage is currently off limits for guest use  
\- The pizza oven in the backyard is currently broken and awaiting repair—please do not attempt to use it  
\- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided  
\- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.  
\- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.  
\- Check Out is at 10:00am Pacific Time

#### Hidden Gem

This property was nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Reno. It was perfect for our family traveling for the Rumble in Reno wrestling tournament. It was so refreshing to be able, after a looooong day of wrestling (we were at the arena for TEN hours) to be able to go back to the house and unwind before heading back to Elko in the morning.
