Unfortunately the area outside has homeless people hanging around. There were areas that needed attention from maintenance.

I rented a premium room, but there wasn’t anything premium about it a little misleading. The room we rented was down the hallway up some stairs around the corner, and away from the casino itself. Felt a little disconnected and inconvenient when coming to and from the room.

We checked in at a kiosk, so no human interaction there, but we waited at the bell desk to check our luggage into storage while we waited for our room to be ready and no one showed up for 15 minutes. When we asked the hotel check in desk, they said we have to just keep on waiting and someone would be back eventually. They did come back but were not nice at all. The only reason I gave two stars is that the bell guy who was there when we picked up our stuff was much nicer. I can't believe they charge $60 resort fee here, for what!? Would NEVER rcommend this property or ever stay here again.

Need to upkeep facilities. Made my experience inconvenient with broken escalators, elevators and trolleys. This forced me to carry all my luggage through out the entire casino just to check in/out.

Staff was rude. 45 minute waits to get on elevators because three of six were broken only to get to room and keys didn’t work 5 times. I will never go to circus circus again

Our bartender named, Nicholas was amazing! He made us feel right at home. If fact, he called me “fam”. Great personality and definitely a hard worker. We really enjoyed the entire atmosphere of all the casinos. We will be coming back soon!

When we arrived we valet our car. There were 4 male workers that were just sitting behind the counter. No one asked if we needed a valet or a bellmen to help us with our luggage. We felt like we were bothering them. Granted we had children with us but that’s the whole reason for us booking circus circus hotel. Next time we’ll stay at our usual hotel in Reno and skip circus circus hotel

Room order that had two beds and they gave me a room with a single chamber when there were three of us. It's bad service. Seeing as I had a two-bed reservation, they gave me only one bed. I did not like.

The room is very dirty and bad smell. Heater & air conditioner is out of control. The key can’t open the door and exchange at front desk couple of time but staff is very good assistant.

Escalator from self parking to Check in Desk was broken. Once I arrived, check-in was automated, which I think sped things up, but loses the Resort feeling you get from being welcomed by a Person. Room is clean, nice, and modern. However, we booked a Delux King Non-smoking and they gave us a room with two double beds instead. Would love refund or credit for the difference in price.

I like that security is always around. I appreciate the staff and their willingness to help. I do dislike that the escalators seem to always be down while I’m visiting Reno.

The rate per night was good, excluding resort fees. The only thing that was poor were the sign posting in the casino, stating where what street was , hotel check-in, the casino elevator etc., very confusing

The resort fee are way to high for nothing. Just internet service? There is no room service as in food being delivered any more. If we rent a movie we still have to pay for it. I can see give one or two free then charge for the rest.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I requested a room change around 10pm my second night due to noisy neighbors. This request was accommodated quickly and with no hassle. I also left an item behind in my first room, which staff retrieved for me quickly upon checkout. I appreciate the helpfulness of the hotel staff.
