It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus was perfect.Two small things to note: Low ceilings upstairs might be tight for tall folks; they weren't a problem for us. And I'm not sure what the listing is referring to with regard to futons in the bedrooms; maybe those are by request.Overall, a really good choice for the right renters. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next time we're in Reno! ##### Anna R.
