So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures. Guest Access: House Rules: 1\. No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will be subject to immediate eviction, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and potential legal action under Washoe County Code regarding public nuisances and disturbances. 2\. Quiet Hours: Guests must respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Violations can result in legal consequences under local noise regulations which mandate maintaining a noise level that does not disturb the public peace. 3\. Neighborhood Conduct: As this is a quiet neighborhood, all guests and their invitees are expected to drive slowly and safely. Non-compliance with this rule may be addressed legally by the provisions under local traffic ordinances. 4\. Outdoor Restrictions: No gatherings, smoking, or drinking are permitted in front of the property. Breaching this rule will be dealt with severely, including possible legal actions based on county regulations concerning public use of residential areas. 5\. Age Restriction: Local residents under the age of 25 are not permitted to book this house for weekend stays, to prevent disturbances and potential legal issues related to unsupervised minors and young adults. 6\.
